About the Coach: Suraj Shinde began his badminton coaching journey in Pune in the year 2009 and has been passionately dedicated to the sport ever since. Over the years, he has witnessed significant growth in badminton, with Indian shuttlers making a remarkable impact in prestigious tournaments such as the All England Championships, Olympics, Malaysian Opens, Khelo India, and Commonwealth Games. Inspired by the growing enthusiasm for the sport, he continues to advance in the coaching field, taking on greater responsibilities in developing his students’ skills. It improves concentration, patience, and decision-making skills, helping players develop a sharp analytical mindset. Chess also fosters creativity and resilience, teaching individuals to plan ahead and adapt to challenges. As described by a top Grandmaster, Surya Sekhar Ganguly ‘Working on chess is like working in an ocean!”. A player has to learn tactics, strategies, opening play, forcing calculations ,endgames, and the list can go on and on.
About the Coach: Aniruddha Deshopande has been training chess students since 2007, providing both group and personal coaching in online and offline formats. With a structured approach, he has developed a five-level system with a systematic syllabus and dedicated training materials for home study. His professional coaching accelerates students’ progress, helping them understand the complexities of the chess field. Under his guidance, more than 50 students from his academy have achieved FIDE International Ratings, and many have earned accolades in city, state, and national championships. His coaching experience extends to international tournaments in Spain, France, Germany, Austria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Italy, Vietnam, and Malaysia. A highly accomplished player himself, he holds a highest FIDE rating of 2312, is a four-time International Master norm holder, and has secured two gold medals at the national level. Additionally, he has been a five-time state champion across various categories, including the Open category. His expertise and dedication continue to shape aspiring chess players into competitive champions.

About the Coach: With over eight years of dedicated coaching experience, Rahul has been instrumental in transforming young athletes into confident football players. Throughout their career, they have found immense fulfilment in mentoring over 400 students, many of whom have competed in interclub, interschool, Zila Parishad, National, SGFI, and various other prestigious tournaments. Rahul has consistently witnessed players develop essential teamwork skills and grow in self-discipline. Celebrating the team’s hard-earned victories in tournaments has been particularly rewarding. However, understanding that winning and losing are integral aspects of sports, he takes the greatest pride in observing students’ relentless dedication to improvement, as they invest unwavering effort, determination, and resilience. About the Coach: Vedant Tadwalkar is a highly accomplished Karate instructor with over 18 years of experience in the sport and 14 years in teaching. He established his first training center in Pune on May 14, 2011, after earning his Shodan (Black Belt). An international gold medalist in Karate from a competition in Abu Dhabi, UAE, he also holds a national gold medal in Wushu under SGFI. As a National Referee at Karate India Organisation (KIO) and a San-Dan (3rd Dan Black Belt), he has mentored numerous students, producing 30 Black Belts, 10 national medalists, 2 international medalists, and over 50 state-level champions. Under his guidance, three students have won gold at the SGFI National Competition, and five of his trained instructors now teach over 100 students, continuing his legacy in Karate. Beyond competition success, his training has helped students develop confidence and leadership skills, with many progressing to become instructors.

Many art forms are inspired by Bharatnatyam, and it is looked upon as the mother art of classical dances in India. ‘Bharatnatyam’, a physical, emotional, classical, and artistic dance. It offers a holistic experience that nurtures the mind, body and soul of a person similar to the benefits that we get while practicing YOGA. Bharatanatyam is a rich classical dance form that promotes grace, strength, and rhythmic precision. About the Guru: Rachana Kapse, the founder and creative director of Avishkar Nritya Vidyalay, is a highly accomplished Bharatnatyam dancer, merit list holder, and member of KALASAKTA. After completing her Arangetram in 1993, she dedicated herself to teaching and has spent over 31 years nurturing and promoting Bharatnatyam in Pune. Her institute, with branches in Sahakar Nagar and Undri, has trained over 1,000 students, many of whom continue to excel in the art. Committed to innovation in dance education, she introduced structured syllabi, printed study notes, recorded practice audios, yoga-based warm-ups, and a creative component in exams. She also pioneered a Classical Dance Tour to South India in 2002, giving students deeper cultural exposure. Under her leadership, Avishkar Nritya Vidyalay has successfully conducted 35 Arangetrams for over 100 students, continuing its legacy of excellence in classical dance training. About the Guru: Mrs. Shilpa Datar is a dedicated Kathak dancer trained under the esteemed Guru Mrs. Maneesha Sathe, a disciple of the legendary Pandit Gopi Krishna Ji. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Kathak from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has earned the titles of ‘Nritya Visharad’ and ‘Nritya Alankar’ from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Miraj. She has choreographed and performed at prestigious festivals like the Khajuraho Festival and the Ganesh Festival in Delhi, as well as internationally in Japan, China, and beyond. She has also accompanied Guru Mrs. Maneesha Sathe in esteemed stage productions. Beyond performing, Mrs. Shilpa Datar is deeply involved in the academic and educational aspects of Kathak. She has conducted lecture demonstrations and workshops at various institutions and serves on the examination panel of Gandharva Mahavidyalaya., and holds faculty positions at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, and Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. History of Synthesisers

In 1952, the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) developed the first synthesizer, designed by Harry Olson and Herbert Belar. This groundbreaking instrument was capable of artificially generating sound through synthesis.
Synthesisers have since evolved, creating a wide range of musical tones and textures. Instruments such as pianos, guitars, electronic drums, and synthesisers have played a significant role in shaping modern music.

Kalashree Academy

Since 2009, Mrs Amruta Khadilkar has been dedicated to training students in singing, harmonium, and synthesiser. The institute welcomes students of all ages, from five-year-old children to senior citizens, fostering a passion for music in a structured and engaging environment.
To date, the academy has trained over 2,000 students, helping them master their craft with enthusiasm. Music examinations conducted by the academy are affiliated with Trinity College London, following a structured syllabus. Students who appear for these exams have consistently achieved excellent results.
